• Organizing a vaccination campaign against the influenza virus in the residence/workplace of 300 4 and 5-star winning companies’ workers (during the flu season).
• Organizing an exclusive campaign for 4 and 5-star winning companies, which include:
  • Eye examination in cooperation with the Noor Dubai campaign to cover 300 workers and provide spectacle frames as needed.
  • Medical Examination service for blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol screening for 300 beneficiary workers of the golden card.
  • Oral and dental health service initiative for 300 beneficiary workers of the golden card.
• Organizing a blood donation campaign for the winning company, which includes a free medical procedure to ensure the fitness of potential blood donors prior to donation, and the provision of medical advice to donors in the event of any infectious disease.

• 2022 Media support for the efforts of the second party, which reflects the great role it plays
• Supporting the second party by showing the efforts of the award-winning companies in the programs determined by the first party to create a competitive environment between private sector companies to reach the targets and support the second party team with those incentives.
• Providing support in the implementation of the Ramadan program with the implementing company, which is supervised by the second party.
• Providing facilities and support to the executing company.

BENEFITS

• Offer the winning companies with free access to training rooms, an event hall or the auditorium in Dubai Chambers’ head office. Below are the details of this incentive: Every winning company will be offered 1 free space to hold meetings or events and it includes free parking access Spaces will be offered based on their availability during the booking process Booking does not include catering services and should be covered by the winning company Available spaces: Large meeting room (capacity 32 people), event hall (capacity 180 people) and auditorium (capacity 600 people).

BENEFITS

The 1st Party shall sponsor the Taqdeer Award by providing incentives to the winning companies and 2nd Party nominees, as follows:

• Economic:
  • The Provision of a credit facility known as Self-Guarantee to Taqdeer Award winning companies based on the applicable controls and procedures of the customs legislation.
• Social, sports and volunteer:
  • Inviting up to 500 workers to participate in some health initiatives launched by the 1st Party.
  • Inviting up to 500 workers to participate in some social initiatives launched by the 1st Party, such as Ramadan Meer, Eid clothing for workers, and fasting breakfast.
  • Inviting up to 500 workers to participate in some sports initiatives launched by the first party, such as chess workshops and some sporting events.
  • Inviting up to 50 of the management staff of Dubai Customs’ related volunteer events to participate, for example, in distributing Ramadan meals to the community.
• Training:
  • The provision of 3 free training programmes for up to 50 workers at an average of 16 workers per course.
  • Allowing the free of charge usage of training halls for up to 5 times annually in the case of companies and up to 100 people at an average of 20 people for each hall.

• Granting distinguished companies a membership in Innovation and Creativity Center to benefit from all available services related to innovation and creativity.
• Granting distinguished companies the opportunity to learn through Enrichment platform for continuous learning (the digital platform for smart training of the first party), two courses annually, and the possibility of using the training rooms of the first party without fees.
• Offering (Alsaada) discount card for managers of distinguished companies.
• Identifying employees or coordinators from the first party to facilitate and expedite procedures and requirements of the distinguished companies.
• Expediting the (Fast Track) service of distinguished companies in the event that they visit service centers and Amer offices.

• Exempting the winning companies from the application fees related to increasing the visa "Quota" for a period of one year.
• Exempting the winning companies from license renewal fees for a period of two years.
• Granting priority to the winning companies in contracts announced by the Procurement Department.
• The provision of social media marketing services to the winning companies during the term of the agreement.
• Allowing the winning companies to use the meeting rooms free of charge three times per year.

BENEFITS

• Granting the winning companies a 25% deduction in tender documents fees for projects whose estimated value exceeds 10 million dirhams.
• Granting the winning companies a 50% deduction in tender documents fees for projects whose estimated value is less than 10 million dirhams.
• Allowing the five-star / four-star award-winning companies to advertise and market their services and products by placing a display board in one of the metro stations for a period of one week only (provided that coordination is made in advance to choose the station and the appropriate location within the station).
• Granting a discount on practical training fees for (10) workers category for the five-star / four-star award winning companies.
• Organizing a water taxi cruise for the employees of the five-star / four-star award-winning companies.
• Granting an additional 5% as part of the supplier pre-qualification mechanism to the five-star / four-star award winning companies.
• Granting a 10% discount on hourly rental of commercial buses for employee trips for the period from April to December 2021 to the five-star / four-star winning the award companies.
• Granting a 15% discount on “Driver Service” for the period from April to December 2021 for the five-star / four-star winning companies.

BENEFITS

• Exempting the companies winning the Taqdeer Award from the fee for renewing the professional competence certificate by AED 250 for each engineer with them for a period of one year.
• Granting the winning company priority in disbursing payments for its projects with the municipality.
• Granting the winning company the right to use the municipality’s football field for one day during the validity period of the agreement.
• Granting additional points (within the Engineering Excellence Initiative) in the technical evaluation process for Contractors and Consultants companies who work on municipality's projects, to be within specific criteria for the winning companies; by the Building Permits Department in Municipality.
• Providing 15 packages to enter public parks in the Emirate of Dubai according to the standards and procedures of the Public Parks & Leisure Facilities Department of the Municipality.
